摘要
报告7例眼球铁锈症,均为男性单眼。叙述临床特征、诊断依据和治疗经过。1例有视神经萎缩,眼底荧光血管造影显示中央血管、睫状血管系统充盈迟缓和充盈倒置。描述1例铁异物存留眼内29年眼组织的病理改变。1例晚期发生晶体溶解性青光眼,眼球摘除。
Seven cases of siderosis bulbi are reported here, all are male with monocular injury. This paper deals with clinical features, dignosis and treatment of them. One case had optic atrophy and fluorescein angiography traced out the slow filling in the posterior ciliary and central retinal vessel system as well as the reverse filling order of both systems. Another case related to histopathological change of an eyeball caused by iron particle retained in the eye for 29 years. Phacolytic glaucoma developed lately in a case and the bulbus was enucleated.
