摘要
为观察扶正解毒方对尖锐湿疣 (CA)的疗效及机理 ,将 45例CA患者随机分为治疗组 (扶正解毒方加CO2 激光治疗 ) 3 0例 ,对照组 (单用CO2 激光治疗 ) 15例 ,2周为 1个疗程。治疗前后均检测患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )水平 ,并比较两组治疗后复发率。结果 :治疗后治疗组血清IL 2水平升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组无明显变化 ;治疗后治疗组复发率比对照组降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。两组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群比较无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示扶正解毒方能提高CA患者的IL 2水平 。
In order to observe the therapeutic effect of 'Resistance Strengthening and Toxin Dissolving Formula' for pointed condyloma and explore its mechanism,45 cases of the patients with pointed condyloma were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group(treated by 'Resistance Strengthening and Toxin Dissolving Formula' plus CO 2 laser radiation) and 15 cases in the control group (treated only by CO 2 laser radiation).Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup and IL 2 level were determined in the patients before and after treatments and the recurrence rate was compared in the two groups after the treatment.The results showed that serum IL 2 level was elevated in the treatment group after treatment (P<0 05) and there was no obvious change in the control group.The recurrence rate was lowered in the treatment group than in the control group after treatments (P<0 05) and there was no difference in comparison of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup ( P >0 05).The findings indicate that 'Resistance Strengthening and Toxin Dissolving Formula' can elevate IL 2 level and lower the recurrence rate in the patients with pointed condyloma.
