摘要
分析 2 0 0 0年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 7月气管切开 3 0例患者的各期心理变化 ,总结对气管切开患者如何正确使用语言和非语言交流技巧 ,以促进护患之间心理沟通 ,根据患者的体语和病情变化 ,及时了解气管切开患者的心理需求 ,使病人增强战胜疾病的信心 ,缩短住院时间 ,提高治愈率。
By analyzing the psychological changes of 30 patients with tracheotomy from May 2000 to July 2001 at different stages, the author summarized the language and non language communicative skills with them so as to promote psychological communication with patients. In the practice, timely and accurate understanding of patient's psychological needs by way of observing their body language and changes in diseases helped them gain confidence in fighting the diseases, which shortened their residence at hospital and increased curative rate.
