摘要
测定300例新生儿脐血血清T_4、T_3、rT_3及T_3/rT_3值。其平均值±标准差依次为98.65±27.6ug/L,0.49±0.19ug/L,3.06±0.25ug/L;T_3/rT_3值平均为0.16。脐血T_4、rT_3值高于正常成人,而T_3及T_3/rT_3值明显低于正常成人。
The cord serum T4, T3, rT3and T3/rT3were dertermined in 300 newborns. The results were 126.96±35.54nmol/L , 0.75±0.29nmol/L 4.71 ?0.39nmol/L and 0.16 respectively. There was significant difference between the values of newborns and normal healthy adults (P< 0.05) . The cord serum T4and rT3had significantly higher values than that of the healthy adults, but the cord serum T3and T3 / rT3had significantly lower values than that of the healthy adults. The results were discussed.
