摘要
目的探讨密骨胶囊对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠腰椎整体骨量和骨质成分丢失的影响。方法40只10月龄Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、密骨胶囊组和倍美力组,每组10只。正常组仅行假手术,其余三组行卵巢切除术。术后91天开始给药,连续用药满90天,处死,取出第2腰椎,测定整体骨量和钙、磷、有机质含量。结果密骨胶囊能明显提高骨质疏松大鼠腰椎骨的整体骨量和钙、磷、有机质含量。结论密骨胶囊能增强骨质疏松大鼠腰椎的骨量,改善骨结构。
Objective To explore the influence of “MIGU JIAONANG” on the whole bone quantity and components of the cancellous bone in ovariectomized rat. Method 40 Whistar female rats aged 10 months were divided randomly into 4 groups: the normal, the model, “MIGU JIAONANG” treated and Premarin treated, 10 each group. The normal group was only for operated and other three groups were ovariectomized. After ninety days operation, These rats were given the medicines for 90 days and then killed. The second lumbar vertebrae were taken out, and the whole bone quantity and the contents of calcium, phosphorus and organic matters were measured. Results “MIGU JIAONANG” could significantly increase the whole bone quantity and the contents of calcium and phosphorus and organic matters of the lumbar vertebra in osteoporosis rats. Conclusions “MIGU JIAONANG” could increase bone quautity of ovariectomized(OUX) rat Nertibrae,and could also improve bone structure.
