家兔细菌性角膜炎动物模型的建立 被引量:18

Establishment of Animal Model on Bacteritic Keratitis in Rabbits

摘要 用金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌注入家兔角膜实质层内,制成家兔实质层角膜炎模型。观察兔眼症状,在24、48和72小时分别定量计数了角膜感染细菌的菌落数。结果表明在接种细菌后6小时即出现早期角膜炎症状,24小时出现典型症状。在24、48和72小时不同时间内,从角膜分离出的细菌菌落数之间没有明显差异。认为该动物模型对临床与基础科研有较高的实用价值。 Staphylococcus auereous and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were injected into corneal stroma of rabbits. The coreas were made to become the model of stromal keratitis. And then the symptoms of rabbit eyes was observed. The numbers of bacteria were quantitatively counted by infected corneas at 24, 48 and 72 hours, separately. The results showed that the early symptoms of keratitis were occurred at 6 hours after bacteria were inoculated; the typical symptom occurred at 24 hours. It is not obviously different that the numbers of bacteria were isolated by the eorneas (P>0.05) at 24, 48 and 772 hours, respectively. It is considered that the animal model is of more great value to clinical practice and basic research.
