摘要
对60例视网膜母细胞瘤进行体外培养,其中10例生长期超过3个月,1例已建成连续视网膜母细胞瘤系(SO-Rb50)我们认为视网膜母细胞瘤体外培养能否成功,除与Rb细胞的恶性程度有关外,尚与取材方法,培养基的成分、接种及传代细胞的优选及密度等有密切关系。
60 cases of retinoblastoma cells have been cultured in vitro in recent 6 years. 10 of them grew more than 3 months, and one contiunuous retinoblastoma cell line(SO-Rb50) has been established for more than 3 years. In addition to the degree of malignancy of the tumor cells, selection of tumor tissues, components of culture media, optimal selection of seeding, passage and densities of cells play important roles in the establishment of immortal retinoblastoma cell line.
