摘要
本文报告泪腺恶性肿瘤27例(其中腺样囊性癌12例,恶性多形性腺瘤9例,其它腺癌6例)。讨论和分析了临床表现、影象诊断特征、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗和予后问题。
We report 27 cases of primary malignant tu-mors arising from lacrimal gland,including 12 cases withadenoid cystic carcinoma,9 cases with malignant mixed tu- mor and 6 cases with other lacrimal gland carcinoma seen inZhongshan Ophthalmic Centor from 1981 to Nov.1989.These patients with malignant neoplasms accounted for65.85% of all patients with primary epithelial tumor oflacrimal gland.The clinical presentation,imaging features inX-ray,ultrasonic and CT scan,the diagnosis,differential di-agnosis,treatmant and prognosis are discussed and analysed.
