摘要
3例泪腺腺样囊性癌,1侧先发于睑部后见于眶内,2例由一侧侵犯对侧扩散颅内,复发突出。病理分经典的圆柱瘤与侵袭生长的圆柱瘤结构,后者分化差,在力争早期诊断的同时,应及时连同眶内容一并全切,以期彻底治疗。
Three cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma of lacrimal gland are reported Iumor presented in the eyelid, then invaded the orbit in one cases Tumors originated in one side then invaded the other and metastasized intracranially in two cases. There are two pathological types, classical cylindroma and aggressive poorly differentiating cylindroma. Early diagnosis and total excision of the tumor with orbital content timelyis emphysized.
