摘要
目的:讨论腹部进展期原发神经母细胞瘤(NB)减瘤术的临床体会。方法:对术前化疗后行原发肿瘤减瘤术的腹部进展期NB10例,与同期化疗后行原发肿瘤完整切除的腹部进展期NB24例进行临床对比分析。结果:行减瘤术组10例,1例生存41个月,1例生存11个月,8例死于诊断后1～10个月内,平均7个月。行完整切除组24例,18例生存18～59个月,平均25个月,其中3例36个月,1例59个月健在。Ⅲ期2例,Ⅳ期16例。结论:对腹部进展期NB的手术时机要有正确的判断,如术中考虑无法切除90%以上的原发灶,则应避免减瘤术。
Objective:To study the clinical experience of primary tumor bulkectomy in advanced abdominal neuroblastoma.Methods:Thirty-four cases of advanced abdominal neurob-lastoma (including primary tumor bulkectomy 10cases and complete resection24cases)were ana-lyzed after preoperative chemotherapy.Results:Twenty four cases underwent completely resec-tioned,18of them had event-free interval for18～59months and the mean survival term was25month.Ten cases received primary tumor bulkectomy.Eight deaths occurred in1～10month and the mean survival term was7months.Conclusion:Bulkectomy could be unsuitable in ad-vanced abdominal neuroblastoma .
