摘要
总结了天津市六七十年代包括80年代初的多层集合住宅的现状、特点及存在的问题,阐述了改造旧老住宅(区)、改善居住环境的迫切性及可行性,并提出了实施的步骤与方法。
The current condition and existing problem s of multi-storied congregated housing built in Tianjin from the1960's to the early1980's are analysed.The urgency and feasibility to renovate the old housing and improve the dwelling environmen t are described and the implementation ap-proaches are presented.
