摘要
对多层集合住宅公共楼梯在空间特征、内外分隔的程度、围合界面的差异方面进行分类,探讨不同类型楼梯空间对居民交往的影响:即限制、漠视、接纳、引导和激励。
This paper analyses the categories of the spatial features, separation between internal and external space, and enclosure of the stairwells in low-rise housing. It also diseusses the stairwells＇ influence, restriction, indifference, acceptance, guidance and prompting of the residents＇ communication.
