离体大鼠心脏再灌注对毛细血管的损伤作用

Injury Role of Reperfusion to Capillary Using Isolated Rat Heart

摘要 用离体灌流的大鼠心脏观察冠脉结扎后再灌注对心肌毛细血管的作用,发现可引起毛细血管内皮细胞的连接断裂和凝固性坏死。随着再灌注时间延长,冠脉流量逐渐减少,但毛细血管开放数目逐渐增多。毛细血管损伤促进了肌原纤维收缩带形成,加速了心肌细胞坏死。 The role of repertusion following coronary artery ligation to myocardial capillary using isolated perfused rat heart was observed. After coronary artery ligation caused the disconnection of connection and coagulative necrosis of capillary endothelia. After reperfusion, coronary flow was inversely proportional to duration of reperfusion, and the number(amount) of opening capillaries was directly proportional to the duration of reperfusion. Injuries of capillaries promoted the formation of contraction band(CB) of myofibril and myocardial necrosis.
