摘要
为鉴定在河南地区鸭群中广泛存在的隐孢子虫种类及其致病性 ,我们将河南省鸭源隐孢子虫分离株传代增殖 ,1 0只鸡和 1 0只鸭分别逐只接种上述分离株 640万个卵囊 ,应用光镜和扫描电镜技术对样品进行观察。根据卵囊形态测定数据 ,排卵囊规律 ,寄生部位及其寄生特点鉴定该分离株为贝氏隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium baileyi)。该分离株接种鸡、鸭后主要引起呼吸道和法氏囊的炎症。病理形态学变化表现为气管纤毛脱落 ,杯状细胞排空 ,上皮细胞肥大或增生。除虫体寄生处之外 ,其他区域微绒毛尚保持完整。对虫体寄生密度 。
Cryptosporidium extensively exist in ducks in Henan Province.The isolate from ducks could be propagated in chicks. Each animal from ten chickens or ten ducks was inoculated with 6.4×10 6 oocysts of the isolate respectively, the samples that got from the animals were observed by the light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy to identify species and its pathogenicity. Results of the observation revealed the isolate was Cryptosporidium baileyi according to the morphometric data, regular pattern of oocysts discharged, parasitic sites and parasitic characteristics. It caused mainly inflammation in the respiratory tract and bursa of Fabricius. The morphopathologic change of mucosal surface showed globet cell secretion completely, hypertrophy, hyperplasia and deciliation of the respiratory epithelium. The microvilli showed that normal pattern except the parasite harboured area. The amount of cryptosporidia in chickens was more than that in duck. It was concluded that the chicken was more susceptible to Cryptosporidium baileyi than that of duck from comparation of parasitic intensity, clinical symptoms, pathologic change.
