摘要
我国已开始实施造价工程师执业资格注册制度 ,造价工程师及其造价管理人员的培养要依靠正规的高等院校。
It has been register system of cost engineer in our country.It needs university to train cost engineers and persons of cost managent.This paper discusses the training talent of cost management according to the improving of teaching plan of Guangzhou University.
