摘要
医药对人类生活的巨大影响使得其行业的高增长和高收益特性非常突出。中国加入 WTO后对医药产业必将产生深远的影响。文章分析了我国医药行业的现状 ,以及中国加入 WTO后对医药行业的影响 ,在此基础上提出了医药企业应对的具体措施 :即实施并购重组 ,推行技术创新 ,完善营销渠道 ,推进药品电子商务。
Medicine industry is notable for its high increase rate and high yield. China's entering WTO must affect Chinese medicine industry greatly. The status quo of medicine enterprises in China and the influences of China's entering WTO are studied. On the basis of the analysis, the paper mentions the measures for medicine enterprises to reply to the requirements of WTO, i.e. Acquisition & Mergers, technology innovation, perfecting marketing channels, and medicine e-commerce.
