摘要
股票期权这种新的激励和约束机制在我国还刚刚起步 ,从西方国家的经验看 ,它的确能起到激励和约束企业经营者 ,使他们的利益与企业的长远发展联系起来的作用。文章着重分析了股票期权的作用与意义 ,以及在我国实施过程中所遇到的障碍 ,并提出了相应的对策。
Executive stock options are a new type of encouraging and restraining mechanism. It is just in the early period in our country. According to the experience of western countries, executive stock options can really encourage the managers as well as restrain them, and associate their benefits with the development of enterprises. This article analyses the functions and the meaning of executive stock options, points out the obstacles in the process of executing it in our country and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
