摘要
目的 建立测定功劳木中盐酸巴马亭及盐酸小檗碱的含量的方法。方法 HPL C法 ,采用 Intersil ODS- 3C1 8柱 ,乙腈 -水 -十二烷基磺酸钠 (470∶ 5 30∶ 1g)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 6 5 nm,柱温 4 0℃ ,流速为 1.0 m L/ m in。结果 盐酸巴马亭在 4 .36 8~ 5 2 .4 16 μg/ m L 范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 98.97% ;盐酸小檗碱在 4 .5 32~ 5 4 .384μg/ m L范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 98.98%。结论 该法简便、快速、重现性好 。
Object To develop a method for the determination of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Chinese Mahonia Stem from different habitats Methods HPLC method was set up, using Intersil ODS 3 C 18 column, the mobile phase was acetontrile water sodium laurylsulfonate (470∶ 530∶1 g), the UV detection wavelength was 265 nm, with a flow rate of 1 0 mL/min at 40 ℃ Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 4 368 52 416 μg/mL(r=0 999 9) for palmatine hydrochloride and 4 532 54 384 μg/mL (r=0 999 9) for berberine hydrochloride The average recovery of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride was 98 97% and 98 98%, respectively Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and with better reproducibility for the determination of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Chinese Mahonia Stem
