摘要
目的建立胃肠宁颗粒剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Merck-lichrospher RP-18柱(4 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(含0.18%磷酸和0.22%十二烷基磺酸钠)(68∶32);流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为345 nm;柱温:35℃。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.30μg ̄1.80μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9995;平均回收率为98.32%,RSD=0.83%。结论该方法简便、快速、重现性好,适用于胃肠宁颗粒剂中盐酸小檗碱的定量分析。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Weichangning granules. Methods RP-HPLC method was set up, using Merck-LiChrospher RP-18 column (4 mm ×250 mm, 5μm);the mobile phase was methnd-water (inc flow rate being 1.0 mL / min; column good linearity was obtained in RSD 0. 83 %. Conclusion range e met berberine hydrochloride in Weichangning luding 0. 18 % phosphoric acid and 0. 22 % sodium laurylsulfonate)(68 : 32), temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 345nm. Results A of 0.30 - 1.80 μg (r = 0. 9995). The average recovery was 98.32 %, with hod is simple, rapid and with good reproducibility for the determination of granules.
