胆固醇酯转运蛋白与动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:19

摘要 胆固醇酯转运蛋白参与体内胆固醇逆转运过程 ,促进胆固醇酯和甘油三酯在脂蛋白之间的交换 ,同时参与高密度脂蛋白颗粒的重塑。本文介绍有关胆固醇酯转运蛋白的分子生物学、结构与功能的关系及其与动脉粥样硬化关系研究的新发现和新认识。
