摘要
目的 建立氨法提取鱼油新工艺。克服传统稀碱水解工艺提取鱼油废水中钠盐含量高的问题,达到废弃物综合利用的目的。方法 根据传统稀碱水解工艺的提取原理,用氨水和铵盐代替传统稀碱水解工艺中的氢氧化钠和氯化钠,废水废渣可用作高效绿色肥料。结果 以氨水和铵盐代替传统稀碱水解工艺中的氢氧化钠和氯化钠,鱼油提取率、质量均保持稳定,废水废渣可作为高效绿色肥料的原料进一步利用。结论 建立了氨法提取鱼油新工艺,达到废弃物综合利用的目的。
Obijective To set up a new technology of Amino-methods in extracting fish oil and to overcome the problems that high content of sodium salt existed in waste water using tradi tional diluted alkali hydrolytic technology, and to achieve the goal of comprehensive utilizing waste materials. Methods Ammonia solution and ammonium salt were used instead of sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride. The waste water and waste residue produced by new technology may be used as harmless fertilizer. Results Using the technology of amino-methods extracting fish oil, the extraction ratio and the quality of the fish oil remained stable, waste water and waste residue can be used as raw material of concentrated fertilizer. Conclusion A new technology of amino-methods extracting fish oil was setted up by usirg HN3 · H2O and NH4C1 instead of NaOH and NaCl and the waste material can be utilized comprehensively.
