摘要
以含 L-脯氨酸铜 ( L- Pro- Cu( ) )配位络合物的溶液作手性流动相 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法成功地拆分了非衍生苯丙氨酸对映体 ( D,L- Phe) ,并研究了手性流动相的 p H值、甲醇含量以及 L- Pro与 Cu( )
Resolution of optical isomers of D,L phenylalanine by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography has been accomplished by adding a complex of optically active L Pro Cu(Ⅱ) to the mobile phase. The effects of concentrations of methanol, pH of chiral mobile phase, the ratio of Cu(Ⅱ) to L Pro on separation were studied.
