摘要
The paper discusses the implementing of the magnificent transbasin Middle Route Project of South North Water Transfer, water resources in the middle reaches of Yangtze River should be optimized utilized. It puts forward that the research should concentrate on the problem of sustainable development in Middle Route Project water source area, the problem of optimized transfer of water resources in the Yangtze Valley and the problem of water resources development and utilization and ecological environment protection, etc.
