摘要
采用常规的去壁低渗法制备穿心莲的染色体杯本,并对穿心莲的染色体数目及核型进行了分析.实验结果表明穿心莲体细胞染色体数目为2n=12核型公式为2n=12=2M+10m核型不对称系数(AS·K%)为54.95%,核型类型为1B型;染色体总体积为0 29μm3.
In the present paper the chromosome number and karyotype of the Herba Andrographitis are analysed and reported. The normal diploid is Zn= 12,karyotype formula based on Levan's publication is 2n=12 = 2M + 10m. According to the Stebbins' karyotype classification, the chromosome relative length belongs to '1B' type. The AS. K.% is 54. 95%. The total volume of chromosome groups is 0. 29 μm3.
