摘要
本文对海绿豆（ＰｈａｓｅｏｌｕｓｄｅｍｉｓｕｓＫｉｇａｇ）的染色体数目及核型进行了初步研究，结果表明，其染色体数目为２ｎ＝２２，核型公式为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２１对为近中部着丝点区染色体．核型类型为１Ｂ．并与同属内的山绿豆和绿豆的核型作了比较．
