摘要
本文研究了室温至250℃范围内几种不同纤维复合材料及其混杂体系和纯环氧树脂在挠曲动态载荷下的力学行为。实验表明:纤维增强组元不仅使复合材料具有高于树脂基体的模量,还明显影响其玻璃化转变峰的形状和位置,影响程度取决于纤维种类、体积百分数及表面状态。在碳/玻混杂体系中,基体的玻璃化转变温度随玻纤分数的增加而增加;混杂界面具有与单一界面不同的力学松弛行为。
The dynamic properties of fibreglass,carbon fibre,kevlar 49fibre composites and their hybrids and epoxy resin have been studied withDMA under flexual dynamic loads in the range from RT to 25℃.It wasshown from this paper that the glass transition peaks of epoxy matrix ofcomposites were affected significantly by the kinds of fibre and their surfaceconditions,while the modulus of epoxy resin was enhanced obviously by thefibre components of composites.The different interfac eaffects of differentfibre composites have been confirmed in this paper.The T_g of CF/GF hybridsincreases with GF/CF ratios.The hybrid interface was of different relaxationbehaviours from the single ones.
