摘要
一种理论分析的方法首次应用在单向混杂复合材料的压缩混杂效应研究上。这种分析建立在一个相同的基体材料中不同种类的纤维的失稳分析上。这种分析还依赖于基体的弹性以及纤维在基体中的弯曲刚度。分析模型假定在基体中的低弯曲刚度的纤维首先发生失稳现象,当压力增加时,基体中具有高弯曲刚度的纤维也随之失稳,最后导致整个复合材料的破坏。这里,由于低弯曲刚度的纤维失稳,使基体产生横向变形,这种变形是有利于提高高弯曲刚度的稳定能力。这种分析的结果表明:通过纤维的混杂,对复合材料的压缩强度产生混合增强的效应。
In this paper a theoretical analysis is for the first time applied to the hybrid effect of composites under longitudinal compression. It depends on the elastic foundation of the matrix and the flexural stiffness of fibers. The analytical model assumes that the instability of the low flexural stiffness fiber occurs first. And then, as the load is further increased, the instability of the high flexural stiffness fiber follows, thus resulting in the failure of the composites. An evaluation of the critical compressive load (stress) has been made. It is shown that a synergistic enhancement effect in compressive strength can be realized through fiber hybridization.
