摘要
本文主要报道中压加氢改质技术在大庆石化总厂１２万ｔ／ａ工业装置上的应用。这项技术分别采用大庆蜡油催化裂化柴油与直馏柴油的混合油和掺炼渣油的催化裂化柴油与直馏柴油的混合油为原料，通过中压加氢改质，可以生产－３５号低凝柴油、高芳烃潜含量的石脑油和制乙烯原料。通过一年多的运转，取得了较好的经济效益。
This paper describes the commercial application of Medium Pressure Hydro-Upgrading (MHUG) technology with 120kt/a capacity unit in Daqing General petrochemical Works. Catalyticcracking light cycle oil blended with straight-run gas oil is used as feedstock in this process. The resultsshow that the process can produce superior quality No. - 35 low pour-point diesel oil, reforming stock(heavy naphtha) with high aromatic potential content, and feedstock for preparing ethylene. Satisfactorybenefit is obtained by running test over a year.
