摘要
采用 NBT光化学还原法和愈创木酚法测定了 N-呋喃亚甲基 -O,S-二甲基磷酰亚胺及其Ni( ) ,Cu( ) ,Zn( )配合物对水稻幼苗 SOD,POD的影响 .实验结果表明 FP-Ni( )配合物对水稻幼苗 SOD和 POD的影响最显著 。
This paper has determined the actions on the SOD and POD in paddy seedling of the Cu (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ), Ni (Ⅱ) complexes of N furanmethylene O,S dimethyl phosphoroiminothionate by NBT light oxidation reduction and guaiacol methods. The result indicates that the Ni(Ⅱ) complex has the largest action on either the enzymes and all the compounds possess the activities on regulating plant growth.
