摘要
目的研究在不同浓度丙溴磷作用下,油菜的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的变化。方法SOD和MDA的活性分别采用氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)光照还原法和硫代巴比妥酸法。结果两种浓度的丙溴磷均诱导了油菜SOD活性,MDA含量明显高于对照组,并随作用时间延长,逐渐减少。结论在油菜遭受丙溴磷胁迫初期SOD和MDA即变化显著,可作为丙溴磷迫胁油菜比较敏感的生物指标。
