本文介绍了常用整圆模的种类、结构、操作方法以及设计模具的要求和一般计算。对可调抱圆模的调节计算及使用方法作了示例和说明,并将调节后的调节值列表备查。
This article introduces the types, structures, and operation mathods of the common rounding moulds used in the author's manufactory. Brief descriptions on the requirements of mould design and general calculation are also made. Thirdly, examples and descriptions are given for the adjusting calculations and operating methods for the adjustable rounding moulds. A table of adjusting figures after adjustment is attached also.
