摘要 本文采用Cv、NDT、COD等试验方法,对我国首次按国外先进标准研制的—40~—80℃低温压力容器用1.5%Ni钢及其焊接接头进行了较系统的试验研究,结果表明:国产1.5%Ni钢达到了国外标准的要求,具有较好的低温韧性和断裂性能。经进一步完善和应用研究后,可作为我国—40~—80℃低温容器的骨干钢种。 The authors describe systematic experimental studies on Chinese 1.5%Ni steel plate developed in China according to foreign advanced standards and welded joint for low—temperature (—40~—80℃) pressure vessels by using experimental studies such as Cv, NDT and COD. These studies provide technical basis for the perfection and application of domestic—made 1.5%Ni steel plate. Experimental results show that domestic—made 1.5%Ni steel plate has reached the reguirements of foreign standards and has better low—temperature toughness and fracture properties. The development of this steel plate is consistent with the development trend of foreign low—temperature steel. It can be used as the key steel for domestic low—temperature (—40~—80℃) vessels after further perfection and application studies.
