摘要
采用QT、QT′、QLT和QLT′四种调质工艺对5%Ni钢板进行了热处理,通过不同热处理状态下5%Ni钢板力学性能和微观组织的对比分析,确定了其合适的热处理工艺。结果表明,通常情况下,5%Ni钢板采用QT处理是合适的;而采用QT处理后的5%Ni钢板,其力学性能可以达到9%Ni钢的水平。
The steel sheet containing 5%Ni is heat treated by using four kinds of quenched and tempered processes such as QT,QT',QLT and QLT'and then the more suitable heat treatment process is determined by analyzing the mechanical properties and microstmctures of the steel un-der different conditions of heat treatment based on comparison.The analytical results show QT is a more suitable process in general,for the mechanical properties of the steel sheet containing 5%Ni after heat treated by QT process can reach up to the same steer grade as the steel sheet containing 9%Ni.
