摘要
利用BGO的横向电光效应研制的光纤电压测量仪,具有高输入阻抗、安全可靠、远距离测量、高精度、高线性度以及可数字和模拟输出等特点。其电压测量范围0—20kV,精度±1%(满刻度),线性度±1%。 本文将叙述其光纤电压测量仪的基本原理、设计考虑、仪器结构及其性能参数。
The fiber-optic voltage measuring instrument has been developed on the base of transverse electro-optic effect of BGO crystals,which has high input impedance, accuracy, readability and linearity, and can measure the voltage remotely with analogous and digital output. Its range of voltage measurement is 0-20kV, accuracy is+l% (on the full scale), linearity is+1%.
This paper will describe the base principle, design consideration and the configuration, performance parameters of the fiber-optic voltage measuring instrument.
