摘要
从光学电压传感器的原理、构成及环境温度等方面分析了利用锗酸铋电光效应的光学电压传感器的灵敏度及精确度,讨论了光学元件方位角偏差对光学电压传感器性能的影响,得出一些有用的解析表达式,提出了改进光学电压传感器性能的方法.
The sensitivity and accuracy of optical voltage sensors using Bi 4Ge 3O 12 crystals is discussed involved with the sensor principle, composition and the ambient temperature. The effect of azimuth deviation of optical component on performance of optical voltage sensors is analyzed. Some useful analytic expressions are derived, and some methods to improve the performance of the sensors are suggested.
