通过分析试验 ,寻找影响压铸模具使用寿命的因素 ,如模具的预热、脱模剂的种类和喷涂方法、模具材料的选择以及模具热处理工艺参数等。通过这些影响因素寻找规律性的关系 。
The effect of some factors on the die service life in die casting was found through comparative test of various die materials, heat treated pmcess and operating conditions. And then the effective ways, including pre-heating of the die, variety of release agents and its injection method, selection of die materials and heat treatments were used for elevating the die service life in die casting.
