摘要
铸件带有内侧凹时,其成形和抽芯是模具设计的难点,采用弯销内抽芯结构,可有效地解决。该模具为一模一件,一次分型,缝隙式浇口进料,弯销内抽芯,圆弧截面推杆推件。经实践后调整的参数:内浇道处金属液的流速为18m/s,压铸温度为670~720℃,铸件留模时间为12s,压射比压为30~50MPa。
Inside concave formation and core-pulling are the difficult point in mould design of the castings with inside concave.The above problems can be effectively eliminated by adopting structure with dog-led cam for inside core-pulling.The mould is designed a mould to apart,in which once-parting and pouring by slit runner were used with dog-led cam for inside core-pulling and pulling part by arc-section push rod.The practical processing parameters of die castings are as follows:filling velocity of 18m/s,pouring at 670~720℃ and holding for 12s as well as injection specific pressure of 30~50MPa.
