摘要
对后方入路SDRS内固定加BAK植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床应用研究进行初步报告 ,探讨此项技术的手术要点和早期临床效果。自 2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 8月 ,对 13例腰椎滑脱患者行后方入路椎体间BAK植骨融合、SDRS内固定。随访 6个月～ 14个月 ,平均 9 1个月。结合临床症状改善程度和X线片上植骨融合、复位程度综合进行疗效评定。结果 :疗效优3例 ,良 9例 ,差 1例 ,优良率 92 3%。结果表明从一个切口入路行椎体间BAK植骨融合、SDRS内固定术 ,能对前柱和后柱同时起稳定作用 ,有利于滑脱的复位和维持正常的腰椎前凸 ,符合腰椎的生物力学要求。
To review the preliminary experience on patients with spondylolisthesis treated by posterior SDRS internal fixation and interbody fusion with BAK.The main point of the procedure,surgical technique and early clinical efficacy was discussed.From Jan.2001 to Aug.2001,13 casses of lumbar spondylolisthesis were selected for operation by posterior SDRS internal fixation and interbody fusion with BAK.Followup period was from 6 months to 14 months with an average of 9.1 months. Clinical results evaluated by means of therapeutic symptoms,fusion of bone grafting and reduction on X ray film were that 3 cases have obtained excellent results,9 cases good,1 case with poor.Clinical success rate was 92.3%.The result showed application of posterior SDRS internal fixation and interbody fusion with BAK has the advantage of stabilizing both anterior column and posterior column of lumbar spine,facilitating the reduction of spondylolisthesis,maintaining the normal lordosis of lumbar spine,and improving the biomechanics of the lumbar spine.
