摘要
目的 探讨 RF- 加 BAK技术治疗腰椎滑脱的疗效。方法 对 16例 度以上腰椎滑脱患者采用 RF- 技术复位固定 ,其中 13例加 BAK椎间植骨融合器。结果 16例全部解剖复位 ,原有症状均获得不同程度改善 ,平均随访 12个月 ,滑脱椎体均获得融合。结论 在腰椎滑脱的治疗中 ,要走出传统减压仅行椎板切除的误区 ,以小关节为中心进行彻底减压、松解、恢复解剖序列 ,并进行椎间隔合。辅以坚强的内固定 。
Objective:To study effect of treating lumbar spondy-loisthesis by RF-Ⅱ pedical screw system and BAK technology.Methods:sixteen patients with lumbar spondyloisthesis were studied.All cases were treated by RF-Ⅱ pedical screw systems,13 cases with BAK interbody Fusion Cage.Results:All patients had a anatomic reductoin.There was nolost of correction.16 patients had satisfactory pain relief and there were no complications of neurological deficiency.All cases were followed up for average 12 mouths,spinal fusion was satisfactory.Conclusion:Considered that bilateral factectomy with laminactory was very importment for complete decompression.The regid fixation with RF-Ⅱ and BAK interbody fusion Cage increased the fusion rate.
