摘要
从政治、经济发展、技术水平、环境保护等角度进行分析后认为 :我国水电的最佳发展期已经到来。呼吁一定要抓住机会大力发展水电 ,使我国的水能利用率逐步与国际先进水平接轨。
We think that the best period for developing hydropower in China has come according to analysis on political and economical development,technology and environment protection.Therefore,we must seize the chance to devote major efforts to developing hydropower to gradually come up to advanced world standards.
