摘要
我国以燃煤为主的电力发展面临国际、国内环境保护的巨大压力。通过对水、火电环境影响的比较研究,认为改善电源结构,大力发展水电,增加水电比重是实现我国电力与环境保护协调发展的重大举措。对于兴建水电站所引起的环境问题的控制和解决,需要政府的协调、监管和政策扶持;同时,必须加大水电站前期研究的投入,在开发中落实环境保护措施及在运行中加强水库生态环境建设。
