摘要
研究了芳氧基哒嗪氧基乳酸酯合成条件 ,发现可通过两种途径来合成 .研究了起始物中卤素原子对其亲核取代反应的影响 .通过分子力学和量化计算 ,发现 3,6 二氟哒嗪在亲核取代反应中较其它 3,6 二卤代哒嗪有优势 ,实验结果证实了 3,6 二氟哒嗪在温和的条件下合成了芳氧基哒嗪氧基乳酸酯 .
The synthetic condition of aryloxypyridazinoxy lactates has been studied. Aryloxypyridazinoxy lactates may be obtained using two methods. The effect of halides in 3,6-dihalide pyridazines on nucleophilic substitution reaction has been studied, too. Through calculation of molecular mechanics and quantum chemistry, it is found that 3,6-difluoropyridazine has an advantage over other 3,6-dihalide pyridazines when it is treated with nucleophilic reagents, which has been confirmed by the experimental results.
