摘要
以普通铝和有机醇为原料,自制高纯(≥99.999%)铝醇盐为前驱物,采用Sol-Gel技术制备高纯超细氧化铝粉体.对前驱物的合成、提纯、控制水解、干燥、相态转变等整个过程进行了全面详细的研究,得出了Sol-Gel法制备高纯(≥99.999%)超细(平均粒度<0.5αμm)氧化铝粉体的最佳工艺路线,并实现产业化规模,年生产能力在50t以上.废醇中水含量的测定技术、废醇回收技术是实现产业化规模的关键技术之一.
High-purity (>5N) aluminum alkoxide as precursor and alumina powders were prepared from lower purity (>99.8%) alumina by Sol-Gel Method. Synthesis, purification, control solution, gelation, drying, pyrolytic decomposition, phase transformation were investigated in detail. The best technological process of preparation of high-purity (>5N) and supper-fine (<1μm) alumina powders was established by the Sol-Gel technique.
