摘要
目的 探讨骨锚在腕关节韧带修复中的临床疗效。方法 对 6例采用Mitek骨锚进行腕部韧带修复者 ,术后平均随访 9.3个月。从患侧关节疼痛、主动活动范围、握力、关节稳定性和影像学检查等进行随访和分析。结果 术后总体疗效优 5例 ,良 1例。 6例术后关节疼痛减轻、活动范围和握力有不同程度的增加 ,和术前相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。术后X线片示腕骨间对应关系良好 ,未见骨锚松动、脱落。结论 骨锚用于修复与重建腕关节韧带及软组织操作简便。
Objective To investigate the treatment outcome of wrist joint ligament repair with Mitek bone anchor. Methods Six patients with injury of wrist joint ligaments were repaired by Mitek bone anchor. Postoperative follow up averaged 9.3 months. The results were evaluated with respect to the wrist pain, active range of motion, grip strength,carpal stability as well as roentgenogram examination.Results Gross postoperative treatment outcome got excellent in 5 patients, good in 1. All of them got pain relief with an increase of ROM and grip strength at certain degree, which had significant differences compared with those before the operations. Postoperative roentgenogram displayed congruity among wrist bones, with rigid bone anchor. Conclusion The bone anchor has advantages as simple manipulated and reliable for repairing ligaments or soft tissue in wrist joint.
