腕关节主要韧带的组织学观察及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 在对 5 0例成人尸体腕关节韧带进行细微解剖的同时 ,取其主要韧带进行纵、横切面的组织学观察。结果显示 ,桡舟头韧带、桡月韧带、尺月韧带、尺三角韧带和腕背侧桡尺三角韧带中均可见致密粗大的胶原纤维束 ,束内含有大量的弹力纤维 ;桡舟月韧带中缺乏弹力纤维 ,但含有丰富的血管 ;腕尺侧副韧带中无明显的胶原纤维和弹力纤维可见。提示外伤性腕关节不稳的发生机制及类型与腕关节韧带的组织结构有重要关系。 The ligaments of the wrist were observed in fifty adult cadavers The microscopic transverse and longitudinal sections of the main ligaments were cut to observe the histological structure of them The results showed the radioscaphocapitate,radiolunate,ulnolunate,ulnotriquetral and dorsal radioulnotriquetral ligaments were composed of densely fasciculated collagen fibers which contained more elastic fiber The radioscapholunate ligament contained relatively high degree of vascularity,but no elastic tissue There were no obvious bundles of collagen fibers and elastic fibers in the ulnar collateral ligament This indicates that the histological structure of the carpal ligaments plays an important role in the development of traumatic instability of the wrist [WT5”HZ]
