摘要
利用正交试验对所选原油进行降凝降粘剂及处理条件的筛选 ,可以大大减少实验次数 ,提高实验效率 ;在评价化学剂对原油作用效果的实验中发现 ,溶剂效应的影响是很大的 ,通过温度对溶剂效应的影响实验 ,提出对于所选原油可以采用掺稀油低温输送的方法 ,以降低输油成本。对比了考虑溶剂效应前后L18(6 1× 36)正交试验结果及各因素极差值的变化 ,结果发现 ,溶剂效应对各因素的影响程度不同。因此 ,在评价化学剂对原油的作用效果时 ,若不考虑溶剂效应的影响 ,将会给实验结果带来误差 ,影响实验的正常进行。
Experimental efficiency can be raised by orthogonal test.Some solvents in which the flow improvers are dissolved may be present in the crude oil and lead to experimental error,which was named'solvent effects'.Experimental data showed that the solvent effects were increased with the treating temperature raising and it became possible for the crude oil to be transported by mixing some thinning oil at lower treating temperature and so transportation cost will be decreased.
