摘要
利用静态微扰方法,将微扰量的对角部分吸收为零级哈密顿量的一部分,有效地降低了微扰作用的强度,求出了四次非谐势近似下渐变折射率分布高斯扩散型光波导的色散方程与模场分布的解析表达式。
In calculating the field distribution of modes in diffused waveguide with gaus-sian refractive index profile,a generally accepted approach is to consider the gaussianprofile simplified as a quadric anharmonical oscillator.This leads to a divergent Rayl-eigh-Schrotinger perturbation expansion and exists great difficulty in solving the prob-lem using ordinary perturbation method.In this paper,we have used the static pertur-bation method to take this problem.With the adaption of diametric elements ofperturbation Hamiltonian to unperturbed one and decreasing the strength of perturbation,we have obtained the analytical expersion for the dispersion curve and field distribut-ion,and revised some unsuitable conclusion existed in literature.
