摘要
利用硫酸氢钠作为酯化反应催化剂合成了丁酸戊酯 ,其最佳反应条件为 :催化剂用量 0 .2 g/0 .1 mol丁酸 ,醇酸摩尔比 2∶ 1 ,带水剂 1 0 m L,反应时间 1 .0 h,丁酸的酯化率可达 99.1 9%。该催化剂催化效果好 ,使用量少 ,酯化率高 ,环境污染小 ,价廉易得 。
Use of sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst on the esterification of amyl butyrate was studied.The optimized conditions are as following:the weight of catalyst is 0.2g/0.1mol butylatic acid,the mole ratio of alchol to acid is 2∶1 and the reaction time is 1.0h.The esterification yield for butylatic acid is about 99.19%.Experimental results showed that sodium hydrogen sulfate is a highly active catalyst for this reaction.Less catalyst is required with little waste dischargement.It is an inexpensive and very practical method.
