摘要
目的研究粉尘所致肺病理损害程度的综合定量指标,评价不同游离SiO2含量的粉尘对肺组织的损害程度。方法依据形态计量学原理,用图像分析仪对动物尘肺模型肺组织切片的几种主要病变的面积进行测量,计算体密度和反映粉尘所致总的肺损害程度的定量指标———肺粉尘损害值(VPID);比较几种不同游离SiO2含量粉尘所致肺损害的程度。结果染尘时间相同的各组动物的某些尘肺病变的体密度之间差异有显著性(P<0.05);通过使用权重系数获得的VPID与粉尘游离iO2含量和全肺胶原含量之间均明显相关(r=0.535~0.849;P<0.05或P<0.01),VPID与此两者的相关程度都较未经权重的病变体密度简单相加之和为高。结论用VPID作为反映粉尘所致总的肺损害程度的综合定量指标合理、合适和简便;粉尘所致肺损害程度随粉尘中游离SiO2含量的升高而加重。
Objective To explore the integrative quantitative index of the extent of pneumoconiotic changes by dusts and to evaluate the extent of pulmonary injury by the dusts containing different contents of free silica.Methods In accordance with the morphometric principle,the areas of each kind of pathologic changes in the lung tissue sections of pneumoconiosis model were measured by utilizing a computer-aided graphic analyzer,and the volume density of each pathologic change and the value of pulmonary injury by dust(VPID)were calcu-lated.Meanwhile the extent of pulmonary injury were compared among the rat groups treated with the dusts con-taining different contents of free silica.Results There were significant differences among each groups in the vol-ume density of some pathologic changes in the same exposed periods.There were significant correlation between VPID and the content of free silica dust or the lung collagen content (r=0.535~0.849,P<0.005or P<0.01).Furthermore,the degree of cor relationship of VPID with both of the latter were higher than the sum of unweight-ed volume density of the various pathologic changes in lung.Con clu sion It is suitable,reasonable and simple to use VPID an index to indicate the extent of pulmonary injury by dust and to diagnose pneumoconiosis in patholo-gy,and the extent of pulmonary injury by dust may be aggravated with the increasing of the content of free silica.[
