摘要
目的 :探讨和总结小儿发育性髋关节脱位 (DDH)的手术治疗方法和经验。方法 :采用Salter髋骨截骨法 ,髋臼加盖成形术和联合手术共治疗 2岁 3个月～ 15岁患儿 35例 38髋。结果 :经 3 5～ 11年平均 6 5年随访 ,优良率 80 %。结论 :正确选择术式是治疗DDH获得良好疗效的重要保证 ,而术式的选择要根据主要病理变化结合年龄进行 ,牵引后股骨头下降的水平可作为股骨短缩截骨参考。
Objective:To discuss different methods of operation for developmental dislocation of hip.Methods:35 patients(38 hips)with the age ranging from 2 25 to 15 years were operated with Salter,Shelf acetabuloplasty and combined operations.Results:All patients were followed up for 3 5 to 11 years(an average of 6 5 years)with 80% reporting excellent and good results.Conclusions:Satisfactory results can be expected from an appropriate surgical procedures which selected by the patients pathological condition and age.Femur shortening operation usual depends on the drop level of the femoral head after traction.
